Men's skull rings are statement rings with a skull as the main design, most of them set on a signet-style face. This range includes Day of the Dead skulls, a pirate skull, a crowned skull head, a bearded skull in a top hat and large polished skull heads, in black, blue, bronze, gold-color, silver-color and rainbow finishes.
For most men a skull ring is about style rather than a message: a bold piece that stands apart from a plain band. Skulls have long appeared in biker, rock and gothic jewelry, and Day of the Dead skulls come from the Mexican celebration of remembering loved ones.
A heavy signet face can roll on the finger if the band is loose, so choose a snug US size. See more faces in Men's Signet Rings, dark styles in Men's Black Rings, or go back to all Men's Rings.
It can. Some men choose a skull ring or skull signet as their wedding ring, and others wear one on another finger alongside a plain band. If you want a classic band with an edge instead, a black tungsten or black titanium ring is another option.
There is no rule. The middle finger and ring finger are the most common choices for a large skull face, and some men wear a smaller design on the little finger. Measure the finger you plan to use, because fingers differ in size.
Use a soft toothbrush with warm water and a little mild soap to clean the grooves around the skull, then rinse and dry it with a soft cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals and polishing pastes, which can dull colored or aged finishes.
