Can I exchange a ring?
Yes. You can exchange a ring within 60 days of delivery, as long as it is in its original condition.
What if the size or style is wrong?
Start with our return/exchange form and tell us the ring you have and the size or style you need.
Who pays return postage?
The customer pays the postage to send the ring back to us.
Which rings cannot be exchanged?
Custom and made-to-order rings are excluded, because they are made for you.
How do I avoid a wrong size?
Tungsten, titanium and ceramic rings cannot be resized, so measure a ring that already fits the finger you plan to wear it on before you order. Sizes are listed US first with the UK letter beside it.
