Answers on shipping, tracking, exchanges, US ring sizes, resizing, and caring for tungsten, titanium and silicone men's rings.

This Help Center answers the questions we hear most about ordering from Mens Rings Online: shipping, tracking, exchanges, ring sizes, and how tungsten, titanium and silicone rings wear. If your question is not covered here, email our customer support team and we will help you choose.

When will my order be dispatched?

In-stock orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). Custom and made-to-order rings are not covered by this in-stock dispatch time. Every order ships with tracking, and delivery time depends on your country. See Shipping and Delivery for the details.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Prices are in US dollars.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard tracked shipping is US$9.99, and free on orders over US$99. Express tracked shipping is US$19.99. Shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay.

How do I track my order?

Use the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. If you cannot find that email, check your spam or promotions folder. If it is not there, contact us and we will look up your order.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible. If your order is still processing, we will try to change or cancel it for you, but we cannot guarantee we will catch it in time. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled; see Returns and Exchanges instead.

Can I exchange a ring?

Yes. You can exchange a ring within 60 days of delivery, as long as it is in its original condition. The customer pays the postage to send the ring back to us. Custom and made-to-order rings are excluded. Read Returns and Exchanges for the full policy.

How do I start a return or exchange?

If the size or style is wrong, start with our return/exchange form. Enter your order number, the ring’s SKU (shown in your order emails) and the email address you used for the order, and our team will reply with the next steps.

How do I find my ring size?

The most reliable way is to measure a ring that already fits the finger you plan to wear it on, or to use a Ring Sizer. You can also wrap a strip of paper or string around the finger, mark where it meets, measure the length and look it up in our ring size chart.

Are your ring sizes US sizes?

Yes. Sizes are listed US first with the UK letter beside it, so “9 / R.5” is a US 9.

Can tungsten and titanium rings be resized?

No. Tungsten carbide, titanium and ceramic rings cannot be resized, so check your size before you order. Wide bands of 8mm and up can feel snugger, so some men go up half a size.

What is tungsten carbide?

Tungsten carbide is a compound of tungsten and carbon. It is heavy, very hard and highly scratch resistant, and it resists tarnish and corrosion, which makes it a popular choice for everyday wedding bands. Browse Men’s Tungsten Rings.

Can a tungsten ring crack or break?

Yes. Tungsten carbide is hard but not flexible, so a heavy impact, such as a drop onto tile or a blow against metal, can crack or shatter it. It will not bend out of shape the way softer metals can.

What is titanium like to wear?

Titanium is very light, strong and resistant to corrosion, so many men forget they are wearing it. It is scratch resistant but not scratch proof, and like tungsten it cannot be resized. Browse Men’s Titanium Rings.

How do tungsten, titanium, ceramic and silicone compare?

Material Weight Scratch resistance Can it be resized? Good to know
Tungsten carbide Heavy Very high No Can crack or shatter under a hard impact
Titanium Very light Good, not scratch proof No Strong and corrosion resistant
Ceramic Lighter than tungsten High No Can crack under a hard impact
Silicone Very light Can scuff No, choose your size Flexible and non-conductive

How long does gold ion plating last?

Gold-colored rings in our range use ion plating over tungsten or titanium; the word gold describes the color, not a precious metal. The plating can scratch, scuff or fade over time, especially with harsh chemicals, hand sanitizer, detergents and heavy work. If it wears, the metal underneath is still strong. We suggest plated rings as dress or statement rings rather than rings for heavy work.

How do I care for a ring with an inlay?

Some tungsten and titanium rings have carbon fiber, ceramic or wood inlays under a clear resin coating. Over years of wear the resin can scratch or look slightly cloudy, which is normal for these designs. We recommend them as statement pieces rather than everyday work rings.

  • Avoid harsh chemicals, hand sanitizer and detergents.
  • Take the ring off for yard work, the gym and manual labor.
  • Store it separately so it does not get scratched.
  • Clean it with a soft cloth and mild soapy water.
  • Do not use abrasive materials or jewelry cleaners.

Why choose a silicone ring?

Silicone rings are flexible, light and non-conductive, so many men wear one for work, the gym and travel instead of a metal band. Remove it for weightlifting, rock climbing or heavy manual labor to avoid damage to the ring. Browse Men’s Silicone Rings.

How do I care for a silicone ring?

Wash it with mild soap and water and dry it thoroughly, including underneath, because trapped water can irritate the skin. Constant exposure to chlorine may dull colored silicone. If the ring feels sticky, it has usually picked up oils, lotion or dirt; clean it with mild soap and water and dry it with a soft cloth.

How do I clean a metal ring?

Keep tungsten and titanium rings clean and dry, avoid harsh chemicals and store each ring separately to prevent scratches. Mild soapy water and a soft cloth are all you need.
