I was originally hesitant to order from mens rings online as I had ordered a ring sizer first and paid for express shipping- this got sent via normal shipping and then the replacement got sent to the wrong address. I found I couldnt get the size I needed in any store yet it was available from mens rings online so I purchased it and hoped for the best. The ring came 2 days later and unfortunately it was a size too big. Charina helped me with an exchange- the process was so easy and that came on the next business day. The ring is beautiful and exactly what my fiancé wants. Customer service was great and im super happy with it!

I bought it for my partner, who loved it, but I had ordered the wrong size (as expected)
Knowing, via your website that a ring sizer would be in the order and exchange was easy. Well, my partner spotted a different ring with Rosewood and fell more in love with that one. So I emailed MRO and they got back to me quickly and have helped me order a different ring which needs to be custom made.

I knew I wanted a 'different' ring for my wedding, so when I finally settled on the idea of getting one in black titanium I started to search for it. This particular style has been growing in popularity so there were a number of choices to work with. I found Mens Rings Online after an image search popped up with a ring that looked exactly like what I wanted. I looked into the site and read a lot of positive reviews including value for money and quality of product. The range that Mens Rings Online offered was impressive, and I almost changed my mind and went with another design, but my heart had already decided on the Black Satin Titanium ring. What really sealed the deal for me was a combination of two things; firstly the price was spot on, and secondly the returns and exchange policy was very comforting to have. I ordered two different sizes just to make sure I could try on both. They arrived only a couple of days after ordering them and they were both excellent quality. I sent back the one that didn't quite fit and received a full refund. In amongst this process, MOR staff were very responsive to my questions and were knowledgable about the products and the process. All in all an excellent service. Thanks MOR - I'm looking forward to a lifetime wearing this ring.
