What is the exchange policy?

You can exchange a ring within 60 days of delivery, as long as it is in its original condition. Custom and made-to-order rings are excluded, and the customer pays the postage to send the ring back to us.

When are orders dispatched?

In-stock orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). Prices are in US dollars, and shipping charges are shown at checkout.
