If something happens to your ring we want you to know that you can contact us, and if we can help, we will.
Our lifetime warranty covers a lot of your concerns.
We may not always be able to help if it was an “own goal”, such as taking an angle grinder to your ring (true story), or dropping it from extreme heights… (another true story)! But hey, even if you do? Contact us anyway, you never know…we do love a good story, and we might still be able to help!
A lot of lifetime warranties are full of clauses and conditions and fine print that often seemed designed to prevent you from ever being able to use them, so we wanted to avoid that here. Having said that, please understand that all rings have strengths and weaknesses (something we try not to hide here at MRO), so it’s important to take care of any ring you purchase, even if it is as awesome as tungsten, titanium or zirconia ceramic.
Fit For Life
We understand that your piece is designed to last a lifetime, but unfortunately as we grow older or as Seasons change, our fingers may change size. If you find that your ring no longer fits as it should we have you covered. Simply contact us where we will ask you to return your current ring. We will than send you an invoice for $50 (plus shipping) and ship you a brand new ring, in the size you request. If we no longer have the ring you want available we will offer you the choice of another ring of equal or lesser value (or feel free to request a quote to upgrade). Remember this policy is for our available modern metals collection (titanium, tungsten, ceramic and stainless steel) only, because they are unable to be re-sized. Custom made rings and sizes are not included. All precious metals can be re-sized by taking them to a local jeweller.

It means that we want you to be satisfied not only with our products, but also the experience you have with purchasing, receiving your order, and any after sales follow up (exchanges/returns etc.). From our experience, there is a very good chance he is going to lose his ring one day, as evidenced by how many customers come back requesting to know the details of his original ring so that they can buy a new one! To make this a little less painful, we have introduced a “man-proof” warranty that is available to purchase at the time of purchasing your ring (eg. you can’t purchase it after he loses his ring!). This is available in checkout, and is only available for full priced titanium and tungsten rings, and is valid for one replacement.
If you purchase the man-proof warranty, and he loses his ring, please contact our customer support team, and they will send out the replacement. If you’d like to change style or size, we will also try to accommodate this, but this may incur an additional charge if changing to a more expensive style. If we no longer stock your style and/or size, and you can’t find a suitable replacement, we will refund your man-proof charge.
If you buy multiple rings, you can “man-proof” each one to have them both covered.
