Returns/Exchange Policy For Titanium, Tungsten, Ceramic and Steel: 

We have a 60 day fee free exchange/returns policy on your first exchange (fee free for items over $100, items under $100 incur a $19 exchange/returns fee to cover shipping of your new order and handling of returned items). Sale items are unable to returned for a refund but may be exchanged for a fee.

We do our best to ensure that you are taken care of before, during and after the sale. We take great care when inspecting, packing and shipping your items, so it is very unlikely you will ever need to return an item at all, but here is our policy should you ever need to.

  1. The ring is unworn and in brand new condition;
  2. The ring is in original packaging;
  3. The ring is returned to us within 60 days;
  4. The ring is not a custom design or custom size (Please see custom design/size information here).

Basically, we need to be able to re-sell the item as brand new. We understand you have to try the ring on but please do not wear it out and about! As soon as you know you need to exchange it, please place it back into it’s packaging and follow the easy 1-2-3 steps below.

Second exchanges and sale items have a $10 fee to cover shipping and handling.

Wrong Size? No Problem!

Our exchange system for our in-stock modern metal range is as easy as 1-2-3. Simply follow the steps below and we’ll get your new ring out to you as soon as possible. If you have any questions throughout the process, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Step 1.

Request a unique exchange code using the form below. Once we have received the request, one of our consultants will generate a unique exchange code for you and email it to you as soon as they can.

Step 2.

Choose your replacement ring from our website, add it to your cart, and go to checkout. During checkout, use your unique exchange code in the discount code section, and click the “Redeem Code” button. Then checkout as normal.

Step 3.

Return your original ring to us. We recommend using a service that has a tracking number and offer proof of shipping in the rare case that your order is lost in transit. Return shipping costs are not covered by our ‘fee free’ exchange/returns policy.

That’s it! Once we receive your original ring and exchange order, we’ll ship out your replacement.

To request your unique exchange code, please enter your email address (please use the same email address that you used for your first order) below and click “request code”. We will then email you your code, as well as further details about returning your original item.
