I have concerns about purchasing online, do you have any policies that cover me if I am not happy?
We get that buying online can be stressful so we have several policies that help you in case you are not happy. The most important policy being our 60 day refund policy if you are not happy with your item. We also have a 60 day exchange policy in case you just want to change the size or the style. Either way, you will never be stuck with any item that you are not happy with. Check out the warranties and policies page for full details and conditions. Please note that this excludes any custom made orders.
Do you offer engraving?
We do not recommend ordering engraving until you (or the person the ring is for) has tried on the ring and confirmed they are happy with both the fit and the design. Because of this we do not offer engraving as a service. Most local jewelers/engravers should be able to laser engrave your ring for you.
Can your rings be removed in an emergency?
Yes. We have had all of our metals tested by a Hospital emergency room to confirm that their equipment could safely remove our rings.
Are all your metals allergy free?
Titanium is the only metal we claim to be 100 percent hypo-allergenic. Titanium is used for internal body screws because of it’s allergy free property. However, all our other metals are hypo-allergenic for most people.
Are all your metals scratch proof?
Tungsten and Ceramic are the only materials we guarantee to be scratch-proof under normal wear and tear. While our other metals are far more scratch resistant than softer metals like Gold and Silver, they will still scratch over time, and are not covered under our scratch-proof guarantee.
I need my order super quick, can you help?
If you select express shipping during check-out your order will be shipped by our team either on the same business day (if the order is received before 12:30pm) or the following business day. Express takes 2-5 business days, and is trackable.
I can’t find the ring size I want?
While we try and stock a large size range some designs will not have all sizes available. If the item is on sale we can often sell out of popular sizes. If the ring is discontinued we may only have a few sizes left. If you can not find the size you need and you desperately want that design please contact one of our team members as they may be able to help.
How do I know what ring size I am?
If you don’t know your ring size then check out our ring size information page which has a list of ideas and great tips to help determine the correct size ring for you.
How do I return my order?
If you would like to return your order due to change of mind please use the returns / exchange form. Your order must still be brand new (never worn) and in original condition (including packaging). Sale items are unable to returned for a refund.

My item arrived damaged, what do I do?
If your order is not as described or has a fault please contact us so that one of our team members can help with a replacement.
Can my ring be re-sized?
Unfortunately, none of our modern metals can be re-sized. However we do not want to see you left without a ring. We have a policy that covers you. Our ‘Fit for Life’ policy allows you to exchange your worn ring for another size for $50 (which is cheaper then exchanging it anyways!). Custom made rings and sizes are not included. My ring no longer fits me?
No problems! For $50 you can use our ‘Fit for Life’ policy which allows you to exchange your worn ring for another size, cheaper then having it re-sized and you get a brand new ring shipped to your door. Custom made rings and sizes are not included.

What payment methods do you offer?
Credit Card – We have a full certified, secure card payment system available so you can safely check-out using your credit card providing instant payment.
PayPal – You can quickly and easily use your PayPal account to make an instant full payment for your order.
Can I add a note / special instructions to my order?
Yes of course. There is a special customers notes section available during check out for you to add any important details or instructions for our team.
I’m not sure if my order came through correctly?
In general, you should receive a confirmation email for your order. Sometimes the email goes to your spam folder. If you did not receive an email, please let us know and we will follow up on your order. Most of the time it is just an incorrect character in the entered email address.
How long after I purchase will my order be shipped?
1-2 business days, depending on what time of the day you place your order. If you order and payment comes through before 2:30pm on a business day your order will generally go out the same day.
Custom made rings can take between 3-12 weeks depending on the metal and design.
How long does shipping take?
Pack n Track to New Zealand is normally 5-10 business days depending on if you are located within a major city or suburb. Express Post is via Express Courier International and normally takes 2-5 business days.
My order has not arrived?
If the shipping time indicated has past and your order has still not arrived contact us for your tracking number. You can quickly check the progress of your order here: http://auspost.com.au/track/
What if my item is lost in transit?
If you do not receive your order due to being lost in transit, we will ship your order again. If the item is no longer available we will send you a list of options.
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, we can certainly ship internationally. If you are located in:
